how can roll previous version of windows 10 mobile?

i running version 1703 on lumia 950xl. update installed around 1st of may , since experience phone has been miserable. freezes, when using edge, bluetooth sync fails constantly, randomly promoted a1b2c3 unlock code , reminders apps don't have installed gesture.

tried full phone reset , restore backup it's still terrible. how roll 30th april when worked fine?

need download windows device recovery tool on pc , follow instructions it's not hard let know how on or if need more rgds roy
