I've contacted Microsoft Tech Support around '8' times - Microsoft Community


i've contacted microsoft tech support around '8' times on 2 weeks, spoke "6"  people on last phone call; promised "3" call backs, these never happened?

this not acceptable response have received or rather 'lack' of microsoft

it not "spam" if sending legitimate email, , there 'absolutely' should email address microsoft?

there means of contacting apple email or phone easily... in stark contrast. 

sorry, more microsoft not wishing take responsibility own affairs, , wishing make difficult possible people contact them. 

there should email contact microsoft... should deal people correctly on phone calls in first place!


i've telephoned service around "8" times in last 2 weeks, been put through 1 person after another... put through america @ least "twice" on same call, consequently said had been misdirected , couldn't me.


a few days ago on phone 2 hours yourselves , still didn't speak after being passed 6 different people!

i've been promised call @ 'least' 3 times... of have never happened!

angry... yes am, really, really, "really" exceptionally poor way treat microsoft! 


, don't it... not consistent founders values.

alas, have been taking serious measures @ buying apple computer, assistance 'staggeringly' better compared of microsoft.

i suspect many people feel same myself... having not 'once' "often" extremely poor service microsoft not incentive stay with 

can myself resolve these matters please, , improve service customers...?

people "people" support, don't want automated distant , 'superficial' support, , in filling in form, receive continuous options of going somewhere else answer... not people wish for.

ps: placed post on microsoft forum few weeks ago in re 'tech' enquiry, if might advise how find once more? 

and yet again microsoft, not wish left feeling... seems exceptionally strange myself, bill's work overseas, admire, not take consider of customers @ home?

if wish make complaint:

the way contact local microsoft office phone or letter details, including case number if have it.

and lot of support links are not for want, go outsourced support contractors can provide no assistance problem; namely complaint microsoft.
