Lumia 920 WI-FI connection - Microsoft Community


dear community,

i lumia 920,  os 8.0,i discover wi-fi not connecting, through other phone share data lumia 920 , upgrade os 8.1, thinking solve issue, surprise, after upgrade, wi-fi still not connection, while other phone detect wi-fi network available around, lumia 920 not detecting network @ all.

wi-fi on, wi-fi sense.

any solve issue highly appreciated.

hi,

factory reset or hard reset not remove latest os installed on phone. method remove apps, messages, music, photos, , etc. best create up avoid data loss , restore afterwards.

don't hesitate ask community if need more help.
