Nokia Lumia 920 freeze - Microsoft Community

i on phone when froze, audio kept going. hit start button few times, didn't work, , , search buttons on bottom of phone weren't working either turned off using power button. when turned on, screen looked picture (that isn't phone, screen looks that). tried doing reset 3 buttons , shutting down, neither of worked. please help!

if lumia 920 not responding should after restarting device, recommend try , restore using windows device recovery tool.

important: using said tool delete data stored in phone. if have backed phone before, can restore of data included in backup.
