Preview Build 16193 is a hot mess! - Microsoft Community


build 16193 total mess. none of delphi-compiled applications worked. windows explorer locked launching file properties dialog.

i rolled 16188 delphi still won't launch. tried roll 16184 windows says install files no longer exist. there way preview build 16184?
