screen shows extreme big tiles and not usable - Microsoft Community


lumia 950 xl shows extreme big tiles , doesn't work. can receive calls. soft reset doesn't work. how solve issue? did factory settings 2 weeks ago, issue shows again.

we suggest use the windows device recovery tool. start downloading , installing windows device recovery tool (for windows 10, 8.x , 7).

when installation has finished, start application , main screen appear:

the procedure restore phone using windows device recovery tool follows:

  1. connect the phone pc (using usb cable came phone).
  2. after few seconds, pc should find phone , you'll see phone selection screen. click phone in screen select it.
  3. after few seconds more, latest available firmware version device shown. click 'install software'/'reinstall software' button flash phone
windows device recovery tool download , install latest firmware + os available phone

note! your phone reset factory status when using tool.
