stuck at login page after enter the password on v150xx+ - Microsoft Community

i've reset v15002 , updated v15007. happened on v15014&15019 too.

mostimes can restart computer login. thing, when stock, both keyboard , mouse can't work, keyboard's light such numberlock can't lighten. 

hi all, can't of start menu or action centre functions,, have gone build 15002

         i need kind of link or repair via email because can not access action centre pages.also  the task bar not working,as show icons should. it's if computer has gone windows vista or xp. control panel ok,but function needed repair or update not there.

          please,is there help,i have acer tc603 3tb & 12gb of ram.,  & nivida  graphics card,you can rest on internet,thanks.
