can't download in lumia 730 windows 10, whereas other apps can installed without issues. error code whatsapp download 0*80070003

store server issue, or phone's software might not updated. resolve this, please answer following questions:

  • did enroll phone windows insider program?
  • have checked if phone's software updated? check, go settings> update , security> phone update> check updates.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
