Can't sync OneNote on Windows phone - Microsoft Community

hi,

i use onenote on laptop , tablet (both version 17.7967.5775, pre-installed windows 10) , lumia 520 phone windows phone 8.1 (version 15.0 of app).

 

the syncing on 3 ok until yesterday afternoon or evening, can’t sync on phone. if try syncing (whether it’s @ notebook, section or note level), message ‘can’t sync’ appears @ top.

 

if go section , choose ‘view sync status’, this:

you don’t have permission edit file , sync has stopped. contact owner of file request approval , try again.

error code = 80070005

 

this message doesn’t make sense, i’m owner. haven’t been sharing notes anyone.

 

i’ve tried turning laptop , phone off , on again, it’s still same. syncing on laptop , tablet still ok.

 

could please help? if need reinstall onenote on phone, please advise how this.

me too, on lumia 735, windows phone 8.1. sync status grahamhughes, same error code 80070005, "last synchronised: 11/04/2017 11:39:10", last attempt 12/04/2017 17:23:42". phone reboot has not helped. sync on windows 10 version (on surface 3) ok. else on phone appears working, , microsoft account in settings syncs ok. info gratefully received.
