internet explorer stopped working can caused time mismatch error, security zones or software conflict. resolve concern, recommend run internet explorer performance troubleshooter tool. check system performance issues. follow steps below:

  1. in search bar, type troubleshooting , press enter.
  2. click on view all on left pane once troubleshooting window appears.
  3. click on internet explorer performance.
  4. click on advanced, click on run administrator.
  5. click next and follow on-screen instructions complete troubleshooting process.
