hi everyone. find distressing microsoft still not have solution error code 805a8011 trying update store. unable update app on store nor able anything. it's on 6 months , still no resolution.

will never buy microsoft phone again nor recommend anyone.

what shamble called phone , see many customers still going through ****. big shame on microsoft.

tried every suggestion community no joy.

with every suggestion mean:

soft reset phone or,

hard reset phone or,

using wdrt tool?

and give little bit more info on os using on phone?

are still on windows phone 8 or on windows 10 mobile?
