Nokia 230 (Dual SIM) "Can't open this app at the - Microsoft Community


hello,

i have problem nokia 230 dual sim. no internet apps working @ moment prompting message "can't open app @ moment", although, did not change mobile network settings , used work fine yesterday. can me this? have tried soft reboot , factory reset none fixed issue. please assist.

is problem via gsm internet or wifi?

have changed sim card other port?

try:

set sim card useif have 2 sim cards in phone, can select 1 want use.

  1. select menu > settings > connectivity > dual sim > dual sim settings.
  2. to choose sim use calls, select call, switch ask off, , select preferred sim.
  3. to choose sim use messages, select messaging, switch ask off, , select preferred sim.
  4. to choose sim use mobile data, switch mobile data connection on, , select mobile data > preferred sim.

check if mobile data on

select menu > settings > connectivity > dual sim, , switch mobile data connection on
