how , whom flashed?

you can re-flash (refurbish) firmware yourself… if still face symptom after these steps, hardware issue likely. in case, recommend go replacement sim. if not either, please, bring device point of sale (retailer). retailer replaces device working unit. however, if out of warranty and/or retailer not available anymore, please, have @ second-hand-market prize of phone. might better off abandon device , go new phone. if need a purchase advice new phone, please, so.
