at first skype preview didn't work properly. stucked on "connecting" status when tried launch may more month decided reinstall after uninstalling won't reinstall store , shows error 0x80073cf9 every time when try install it. tried last new fast ring updated builds including last 1 15055 without effect. resetting store using troubleshoot tools doesn't help. tried sfc/scannow, dism still no solution.
p.s. know resetting pc may install i'm sure there should other solution fix it.

- where trying download skype application? through windows store?
- are using anti-virus software may block install skype application?
- did try if encounter same issue installing application in safe mode?
