sounds related software issue, let's check if there's pending phone software update. check, go settings > update & security > phone update > check updates see if updates available.
if issue still not resolved after updating phone software, next workaround perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation.
perform soft reset:
1. make sure phone turned on.
2. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restarts.
take note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).
after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
