15007 update NOT stuck at 100% - Microsoft Community


i updating 986 007. says stuck @ 100% not.

task manager shows data still incoming @ average of 11mbps.

it continues

the bar graph says 100% , appears stuck.

but data keeps coming in @ 11mbps.

1,453,987,084 bytes received far , incrementing.

the bar graph misleading.
