Activating word with school account - Microsoft Community
i having trouble activating microsoft office product school account.
i live in nsw, australia , when trying activate office school e-mail, asks me login school portal.
after trying login appears school portal, popup window appears refresh, not activating product.
on windows 7 ultimate.
have waited 15 mins after doing sign-in process
have tried restarted computer after doing so
tried reinstalling office, none of work.

situation, i’d suggest re-confirm account using activate office (word), office 365 account (online) or adfs account. more accuracy, i’d collect account used activating office in private message checking.
and, if using adfs account, may contact admin (if not admin) check if /adfs/services/trust/13/windowstransport endpoint has been enabled. if not, admin needs enable via windows powershell on adfs server. more information, can refer https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/3052203/how-to-troubleshoot-sign-in-issues-with-office-modern-authentication-when-you-use-ad-fs (more information of
issue: desktop single sign-on (sso) ad fs fails).
