Bluetooth - Microsoft Community

when try send files computer phone says files not sent. have tried stills doesn't work!

regarding concern, suggest checking connection has been establish between devices. here's how:

1. on pc go settings > devices > bluetooth.
   
2. turn on bluetooth both on computer , phone.
   
3. phone discoverable limited amount of time(approx. 2 minutes), when find phone select , tap pair.
   
4. compare passcodes , press add add phone pc's bluetooth devices.
   
5. to send file phone computer, open file tap share > bluetooth , select destination pc.
6. to send file phone, right click on file open context menu > send > bluetooth and select phone want transfer file.
