Can't create pin - Microsoft Community

so when got issue had sign in password, , deleted pin , going make new one. now, i'm able go through steps of creating pin, after finish, it's if never created pin. like it doesn't register i've made one. i have hp spectre.

i've had quick @ hp spectre wanted know whether has tpm inside. of course got pretty pics, did 'tell' me likely. so, assume so.

if has (a tpm inside), pin-service should make use of it. also, if has, should able reset tpm within bios. in case, might have that. consult manual if unfamiliar territory you. take care: not make changes (while in bios) not sure off.
