Channels in MS Teams - Microsoft Community


can membership channels limited specific members of team? want create small group collaborative environments (think classroom notebook subset of class) can see/comment of work , can openly collaborate, others in class cannot access. possibility? if so, best route achieve it?

no, it’s not feasible change permission of specific channel in microsoft teams. other members in microsoft teams can view channels, included 1 don’t want them see. if interested in feature, please submit feedback our related team via link: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public-preview. understanding experience helps make our product , service better , others.

 

currently, please create new microsoft teams , invite specific users newly microsoft teams workaround.
