Cortana's speech recognition not working - Microsoft Community


when long press search icon on navigation bar, cortana opens , closes immediately. same happens when open cortana , press microphone/recorder icon. cortana working when type command. please resolve issue.

  • which phone model , operating system (os) build using? check os build, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • when did issue begin occur?
  • is happening on cortana? how when call using windows phone?
