i can't login microsoft account

if can sign site above cannot account sync on phone, there few things causing issue.  try/check following , see if account sync issue can corrected.

• while signed site above, go "security info."  once have retrieved security code, on page option create app password.  if able this, please , go phone > tap settings > emails + accounts > microsoft account/windows live > password > enter app password created.
• if not see option create app password, next thing go phone > tap settings > time + date > turn off automatic settings > set time, date , time zone manually.  once this, manually sync account tapping , holding , selecting sync.
• finally, if issue continues, go settings > emails + accounts > go server name field , enter each of m.hotmail.com, blu-m.hotmail.com, bay-m.hotmail.com , dub-m.hotmail.com.  after enter each, sync account see if changes.

if issue continues after trying other suggestions in thread , mine above, provide following details , gladly provide next steps try:

• make , model of phone?
• the exact error code, please include word word message included code.
• the current os on phone, can find tapping settings > > more info.
