i see error code message (0x8000000e) when trying unistall apps.

i have lumia 640.

could please me?

easiest fix reset turn phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart don't touch screen until restarts failing try hard reset going setting , tap reset backup phone first though rgds roy
