Feedback Hub Automatically Opens When Pressing Power+Volume Down - Microsoft Community


hi, i'm using lumia 430! when ever press volume down button , power button @ same time soft reset, feedback hub opened automatically. how disable function? it's irritating because soft reset done while feedback opened , after soft reset, see pop message "scan sd card , fix errors? we've found issue in sd card may due unexpected restart", of course happen because application not closed , forced restart!

let me clear don't want reset phone neither want use windows device recovery tool!

hi emaz,

the other way of soft resetting phone turning off phone , removing battery. since lumia 430's battery can removed, suggest trying instead. if feedback hub app gets in way more often, can uninstall mean time. app list, search app, tap+hold , select uninstall.
