IE on Windows 10 Wont open - Microsoft Community


hello

i'm using ie11 v11.0.38 on windows 10 , wont open unless right click shortcut , run administrator.

i have changed advance setting on shortcut run administrator non of shortcuts work unless right click , run administrator.

any idea's

to isolate concern, ask few questions:

  • have tried using other browsers? experience same issue?
  • are getting error messages?
  • were there changes made on pc prior this?
