multitasking not working on Lumia 1520 with windows 10 - Microsoft Community


hi team,

i've installed window 10 on lumia 1520 through upgrade advisor app. i'm not able use multitasking feature. long key press not working toggling between multiple apps. important features.

please help.

verify if issue software related. suggest perform soft reset. press , hold the volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
