Pictures aren't displaying in Photos app on a Windows 10 phone - Microsoft Community

hello

im using windows 10 phone. when capture picture through windows camera app, pictures available in photos app. few hours afterwards 1 one pictures aren't displaying. there 'i' in place of picture thumbnail , says cannot open file. happening screenshots , pictures capture through camera.

for resolve issue, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset same thing pulling battery (on devices where that possible). method not remove @ phone , safe attempt in problem situation.

press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
