Windows 10 mobile update for lumia 930 - Microsoft Community


i have tried updating lumia 930 windows 10, every time after downloading updates , when prepares installing......on reaching 70% update fails , shows "the update downloaded could't opened.(800b0100)"

i have tried after performing soft reset, hard reset , flashing firmware microsoft device recovery tool several times.

i have given phone nokia care returned after 3 days saying can't updated because there no windows 10 mobile firmware image available flashing.
