if want update your phone, why using wdr tool? can go settings>phone update>check updates (wp8/8.1), or settings>update & security>phone update>check updates (w10m), if phone isn't getting update process have latest firmware installed on phone , use ** wdr tool updating phone, tool download packages already installed on phone , will reinstall the packages, not updating phone, wasting of time. if want to forcefully update phone by installing custom packages using tool without knowing proper firmware version of phone, phone may not start or screen may froze. can on own. if you need installing custom packages or flashing lumia devices, i'm here.

** if wdr tool can not detect device in 10 seconds, click on device not detected > lumia devices > soft reset your phone pressing , holding the volume down and power key @ same time 10 seconds until device vibrates , tool detect device during fresh installation of driver , show model lumia phone.
