downloaded @ least dozen times, in full install, on other computers, one. hangs @ 80% point of initializing update. have run troubleshooter dozens of times, microsoft website , locally installed o/s.
have run various dism command parameters, no matter how many sources of image provide, or even, suggests, ran during reinstall , stiil not see image or locate data.

build 15063 (windows 10 version 1703) current public build. can create official iso file running media creation tool. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

doing clean boot may help. also, uninstall non-microsoft antivirus software.
