searched on internet , found no solution on problem. questions. tried live support , can had worst experience ever. worst support ever saw. in live chat after waiting 15 minutes(total 30 because tried 2 times) , no 1 answering , shut down. last 1 anne b . can.t download app store. gives me error c101b000 , no 1 giving me answer. not happy. can,.t find email can write support. need solution problem or move microsoft. worst support ever saw. shut me down twice. not hello didn.t have.
