IE is not responding - Microsoft Community


im using windows 7 ie8. couldnt access ie8. started run application admin no response ie8. says "windows can not find specified path or file'" nothing. have tried restore option nothing works.. please me overcome issue . complete work of mine depend on ie only.. need assistance asap.. thanks..

there couple of reasons why happening. 1 reason can within program itself, has corrupt file component. recommend run windows in safe mode can check if works fine there. since internet explorer built-in app operating system, windows should able load up. follow steps here.
