Lost phone - Retrieving contacts - Microsoft Community


hi,

i lost lumia 535 on plane. after trying couple of weeks retrieve it, contacted giffgaff (my provider) , asked them block sim. sent me new one, , bought lumia 650 replace it. i've inserted new sim new phone, booted up, no contacts have been transferred, though remembered call history, onenote notes, , (but not all) of photos. whatsapp remembered 2 contacts , 2 group chats?

is there way can retrieve old contacts? why might have things been partially transferred , others not @ all?

did set new 650 same default ms account used on 535 ?
