Lumia 950 DS to fully use only one active SIM? - Microsoft Community

dear all,

since few feeks use lumia 950 dual sim. 1 sim in phone orange pl, other 1 base be. want use them in independent manner, belgian sim anywhere in europe except poland , polish 1 while i'm in poland.

i found out it's possible set 1 sim active, doesn't solve problem. want phone use active sim without having choose operator before making call. in simple terms, when polish sim active use calls / data , when belgian sim active use calls / data, in old lumia 620, when swapped sim.

is @ possible configure lumia 950 ds in way? don't think ever using 2 sims @ time, want phone use active sim without asking / having change operator. thought maybe linking icons solve problem, did not. should rather unlink them , use tile of active sim instead?

there several dual-sim lumia phones support lte, 4g , 3g. however, 1 of sim cards can set use lte, 4g or 3g connection @ given time. other sim restricted 2g/gsm connection. if mobile operator doesn’t have 2g/gsm network, sim card registration fail , won’t able make or receive phone calls, text messages or use mobile data sim card.
