Microsoft 640 phone hanging - Microsoft Community


upgraded microsoft 640 windows 10 , has began hanging , cannot process sim applications! how can go windows 8.1?

download windows device recovery tool, install , run.

but note, have had no issues 640 on 10, except visual vm "can't connect".  might try backing up, using recovery tool, upgrading 10 again.
