please need advise. use microsoft windows 8.1 dual sim phone return home screen whenever on application.

please how can stop disturbing issue.

to verify if issue software related, suggest perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation.

perform soft reset:
1. make sure phone turned on.
2. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restarts.

take note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).

after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists. let know if need more assistance.
