OneDrive crashes on Mobile - Microsoft Community


windows 10.0.15063.414

if start onedrive either main start screen or list of applications, shows splash screen twenty seconds exits. there no settings might help, can't uninstalled or reset.

any suggestions might do?

we know more issue experiencing when trying access onedrive on phone. please provide following information:

  • when did issue start?
  • are getting error messages?
  • can try perform soft reset? this, press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts.
