System Thread Exception Not Handled – Cannot get into Safe Mode. - Microsoft Community

i getting ““system thread exception not handled” (0xc0000001) bsod when try boot safe mode.

i using toshiba satellite c55t-a5552 (ram doubled, , hdd replaced once), running windows 10 pro (paid) insider preview client 14393.

while updating os (from 14393 14951), updated drivers toshiba web site, because having issues usb backup drive. instead of updating usb drivers, updated drivers available make , model. recovery environment, found out restore points gone, , not “go previous build", , there no “refresh" option. cannot “in place upgrade” install disk (i have disks windows 10 pro, insider preview 14951, , 14956, both en-gb , us). windows pe, have run offline sfc, dism, , chkdsk, many times, , report cannot find problems.

if there more experienced reading through log files, , me pinpoint issue(s), appreciate it.

please download , run driver view , upload copy of report produces onedrive. report on drivers select edit, select followed file, save selected items. text file format please, html files less easy work with.

please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r, type msinfo32 , press enter key. select file, export , give file name noting located. files in txt file format preferred. do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file. system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here.
