who has saw similar? event 1000 errors happened spontaneously every 5-10 min. system stable (there no bsods or other serious crashes in last weeks after update), removed 1 unstable benq xl2411z monitor pilot software, used before , keeps driver (there no conflicts in device manager). sfc found no errors @ all. few programs (steelseries engine 3.9.10 , nzxt cam 3.3.1) don't start windows after system shut down or reboot. onedrive removed system permanently.
