why doesnt microsoft listen? - Microsoft Community


firstly, love windows phones... won't buy 1 if won't listen. in 2015 saw post if set global text sound "default" custom text tones for  individuals won't play...its 2017 , lumia 950 still this.  important people spend $600 on flagship phone. want set global text tone want, , individual text tones saved contacts should override global custom tone. hate having have "default" global text tone individual text tones work.  every phone i've owned since 1999 it, microsoft please fix or next phone sadly 1 does.

unfortunately won't bother them @ all, because stopped producing own phones. worse, stopped caring :(
