windows 10 insider preview activation issue after motherboard cpu - Microsoft Community


hi having trouble activating windows after recent motherboard change running windows 10 pro tied microsoft account , on windows insider preview program error code 0x803f7001 if run winver show right product , shows account windows tied not activate have called basic technical support not cover insider preview have tried troubleshooter , various other paths no avail , im stuck appreciated

new motherboard unless exact replacement = new computer.

new computer new license needed.
