Windows 10 Mobile: Cannot Uninstall Twitter App - Microsoft Community


hello microsoft team

i have microsoft lumia 532 running on latest build of windows 10.

i have uninstalled twitter app phone instance of still remains in phone.
have long-pressed left-over instance , tried uninstalling it. nothing happens.

i have tried following troubleshooting steps. app left-over still remains.

  • restarting phone.
  • installing twitter app again , uninstalling it.

can provide solution this?

seems phone wasn't able uninstall twitter app completely. resolved, let's refresh phone software performing soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.

if wouldn't make difference, please back up phone, perform hard reset. reset phone settings default. hard reset, go settings> system> about> reset phone.
