Windows 10 on Lumina 635 - Microsoft Community


windows 10 installed on 1 of lumina's 635 can not install on other 2 lumina 635. why not eligible? works great on 1 635 installed win 10 on.

this issue may isolated concern, suggest perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation.

perform soft reset:
1. make sure phone turned on.
2. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restarts.

take note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).

after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
