Windows 10 Phone (Elite x3) - People AP/Outlook Contact - Microsoft Community

over years have contacts categorized contacts in multiple subfolders in outlook. because imliterally have thousands of contacts business, personal, personal finance etc...

i have committed myself go microsoft devices because of contacts.  i have 2 windows laptops, windows surface 3 pro tablet , surface 3 tablet , purchased elite x3 phone hp.

here issue, have devices synced, on phone cannot access contact subfolders in people.  this major issue me, there anyway correct or microsoft ben addressing?

• what os build installed on hp elite x3? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
• when did issue start?
• does re-adding/re-syncing outlook account make difference?
