windows 10 upgradation - Microsoft Community


i using microsoft lumia 540 windows 10. , every time upgrade windows 10 phone keeps on restarting after interval of 6-8 hrs everyday. , after 1 or2 months ,especially when there windows update,during installation phone stops working , makes :( (sad) face. again have switch windows 8.1 , again windows 10 via upgradation , same repeats. want windows 10 permanently in phone please me out it. , if think there manufacturing defect provide me new cell. cause m irritated , have wasted lot of money in this😐

that's strange. let's check what's causing providing information below:

  • what's os build installed on lumia 540? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • after updating latest build, still see sad face?
