Barclays Mobile Banking app stopped working. - Microsoft Community


overnight there has been sort of update lumia 640xl , when try open barclays mobile banking app ( has worked point) following message "sorry, barclays mobile banking not supported on jailbroken devices, use app need restore factory settings".

i not know "jailbroken" means , have not installed new on phone or changed settings quite time.

i live in uk , barclays 1 of main banks here.
