Black screen with cursor after upgrading to Insider Preview 15019 - Microsoft Community


i've seen lot of people complaining , i'll chime in since can't use laptop @ since crisis. so, when windows login screen, enter password , spins until bringing me black screen movable cursor. can ctl-alt-del , sub- menu grey background, can't there. task manager never comes if clicked. i'm stuck. tried using windows 10 usb boot disc haven't had luck either. question forum microsoft send updates laptop long it's connected internet? fixed if leave it?

have tried hard reset? hold power button down until system shuts down remove battery , ac power adapter, hold power button down 10 - 15 sec's, reinstall ac adapter without battery , reboot see if comes if let sit few minutes , reinstall battery, if doesn't boot try again, if still having issues post info system , try give more info, getting updates leave on guess no system has started.
