Cannot download games and apps from store - Microsoft Community


hello! after getting update on microsoft lumia 535, can't download games or apps @ all. gives me an error code. tried resetting device, problem still remains.

in case, suggest perform soft reset. soft reset phone, press , hold power , volume down buttons @ same time until phone restarts.
