How does MS know that the Note quick action has low usage - Microsoft Community


i've noticed entry on feedback hub pc build 16199 says "as result of low usage, we’ve made decision remove note quick action."  how microsoft know how usage being made of such things without logging pc?

not nothing might wish review eula respect insiders , feedback & diagnostics.  have right , agreed if running it.  taking 'evil privacy invasion' aspect out of it, attempting ascertain aspects of os useful and, indeed, used folks.
