Lumia 950 Nothing but Problems - Microsoft Community

first got 950 year , half ago maybe. 3 months after got it, kept rebooting itself, , got bad couldn't rely on work when needed (alarms, important phone calls, etc..). followed instructions multiple posts (soft resetting, factory resetting, , reinstalling ui) on site fix it, , worked 2 weeks, if that, started doing rebooting again. went through process on , on again until got fed went at&t , had phone replaced new one. have had phone 3 months , and has been doing rebooting since 3rd week using it, 3 weeks after started doing thing screen stop working , turn , off-white/yellow color phone shut off. after these long stressful 3 months touch screen has stopped working. have tried steps again. i've tried soft resetting, factory resetting, , reinstalling ui multiple times. nothing working! help. please. otherwise requesting android replacement at&t. have owned windows phones since first phone , never had many issues...

touch screen being unresponsive should go away soft reset or hard reset if software issue. have consider downloading windows device recovery tool? more info on windows device recovery tool, open page here.
